Right Brained. Left Brained. Everything in between. Clients value my “business orientation” when choosing me as a coach. I’m also intuitive and attuned to patterns and people issues. Coaching – either individuals or teams – is where real change and improvement can happen. And there needs to be a hook to the business.

I know proven coaching methodologies and how to apply them. I also know when to deviate from them so that clients can get the most value from the interaction. Sometimes I ask the tough questions. Sometimes I share experiences – first-hand and second-hand – that may help my clients get clarity and motivation. I’m proud to be affiliated with Marshall Goldsmith Partners (, the firm founded on Marshall’s principles.

Goals of coaching relationships are as varied as the clients who engage me. Some of the goals I’ve addressed include:

  • Becoming a trusted and effective leader
  • Stepping up to a new leadership role (within the same company or a new one)
  • Championing change
  • Demonstrating business acumen
  • Improving executive presence
  • Embracing difficult conversations
  • Improving relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing leadership bench strength
  • Establishing new organizations and structures
  • Eliminating destructive behaviors
